I'm feeling foggy today.

Coming to Arizona I had this pipe dream that the air quality was going to be better and I wouldn't have to worry about allergies and aches and pains.  I was wrong!  VERY wrong!  I have been sneezing for a couple of days now.  I had to take some allergy meds to make myself feel better.  I have that detached feeling going.  AARUGH.  I do need coffee.  I forgot to buy water last night, so I couldn't make it.  We do not drink tap water here.  It makes us physically sick.  Not to mention it tastes really bad.  It only costs a quarter to fill up a gallon bottle of water.  It is still city water, but it is filtered well an tastes much better.

I haven't heard from many friends and family lately, but I know that they have their own lives and talking to me isn't high on most people's to do lists.  (I'm not saying that because I feel bad about it.  I just noticed a drop off in conversations.)  I know they love me!  Looks like I'm going to have to make some phone calls.

Freaky is at school. I'm at the library.  It is nice to have some time alone.  I guess I'm really not alone here, but it is nice to be able to post comfortably.

I've been rethinking applying for an assistant manager position.  I have pretty much decided that I'm going back to school when we get back to Maine.  I want to become a massage therapist.  It is going to be hard to get through the end of the year.  I have actually posted a count down banner on my myspace.com/rhiannon0913 site.  As of today, only 325 days until Freaky graduates.  I can't wait!  Anyway, the ASM title would look good on my resume.  I'm going to be changing careers so I'm not sure it should matter.  Opinions?  I did try it and wasn't exactly prepared in the interview to "Brag" about myself to the regional manager.  Maybe I will try it again soon.  I'll talk to my current manager too.  He, of course, doesn't know that I'm going to be leaving the area next September.

I found out that the pool on the property is supposed to be heated.  It is supposed to be at 80 degrees Fahrenheit year round.  OK.  I can deal with that. I really want to go swimming again and it has been too cool at night to go.  It is actually cooler today.  It was in the 50s overnight and it is supposed to be a high of 83 today.  I realize that these are temperatures that are normally summer like in Maine,  but I have acclimated sooner than I thought I would.  I'm wearing a light sweater and long pants right now.

I need to do some light grocery shopping.  Not to mention my time on this computer is dwindling down to mere minutes!
